By this Interim Application, the Applicant seeks relaxation of a condition stipulated in the order dated 17th April 2025 while enlarging him on regular bail.

By condition (v) of the said order, the Applicant is restrained from entering the limits of Daund Taluka except to attend the dates before the Trial Court till conclusion of trial. 3.

Mr. Apoorv Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, submits that pursuant to the FIR registered against him, he was suspended from the Navin Secondary School, post Malad, Taluka Daund, District: Pune run by Shri Sadguru Seva Shikshan Sanstha ('said Sanstha). He submits that now his suspension is withdrawn by the said Sanstha and he has been directed to resume his duties in the said school. He is required to visit the school for a period of 3-4 hours on 29th September 2025 for the purpose of signing the register and completing the formalities on resumption of his duties. He further submits that after completing the formalities of the resumption of duties, he may apply for transfer of the school outside Daund. Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant does not press prayer clause (a) but only canvasses prayer clause (b).

Mr. Kiran Shinde, learned APP representing the State, has no objection if he is permitted to visit the school for the duration, which he has prayed.

In view of the aforesaid, I am inclined to relax condition (v) of the order dated 17th April 2025 to the extent that the Applicant is permitted to enter the limits of Daund Taluka only for the purpose of visiting the Navin Secondary School, post Malad, Taluka Daund, District: Pune run by the said Sanstha for a period of four hours on 29th September 2025. 6.

It is made clear that rest of the conditions remain as it is.

Interim Application is disposed accordingly.
