By way of the present Interim Application, the Applicant seeks modification of clause (ii) of paragraph 4 of order dated 19th April 2022 passed by this Court.

By way of the said clause, the Applicant is directed to report to Kurar Police Station, Mumbai once in two months on
Shivgan 913-IA-3409-2025.doc every 1st Monday between 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. until further orders.

Mr. Prashant Trivedi, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, submits that the charge-sheet is filed and the investigation is complete. In these circumstances, he submits that the said clause be relaxed.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP representing the State in the matter.

Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, on instructions, submits that next date before the Trial Court is 22nd December 2025 and an endeavour will be made to request the Trial Court to frame the charges.

The Applicant is directed to co-operate with framing of charges before the Trial Court. The said clause is modified to the extent that the Applicant shall report to Kurar Police
Shivgan 913-IA-3409-2025.doc Station, Mumbai once in two months on every 1st Monday between 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. till charges are framed. 7.
Rest of the order remains as it is.

Interim Application is partly allowed and accordingly, stands disposed of.
