The Applicant is permitted to submit an application to the concerned passport authority for issuance of the passport. If such application is made, the passport authority shall issue passport to the present Applicant in absence of any legal impediment. 3.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 4.

As regards prayer seeking permission to travel abroad, liberty is granted to the Applicant to file a fresh application, if passport is issued in his favour.
