Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. 2.
Leave is granted to amend the application. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

By this application, the applicant is seeking permission to travel abroad from 20th February 2026 to 20th April 2026. 4.
Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn my attention to the earlier orders passed by co-ordinate bench of this Court. By the said orders, SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM permission was granted to the applicant to travel abroad on certain SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2026.01.14 17:03:08 +0530 conditions.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1-CBI objected to grant of such permission. He submitted that, if permission is to be granted, some conditions be imposed on the applicant.

Considering that by earlier orders the applicant has been granted similar permissions on various occasions, and further considering that no material is brought to the notice of the Court indicating that the applicant had violated any condition imposed upon him during earlier travels, I pass following order :
O R D E R
1. The application is allowed.
2. The applicant is permitted to travel to abroad from 20thFebruary 2026 to 20th April 2026.
3. Before leaving the country, the applicant shall furnish to the Respondent-CBI, his detailed travel itinerary including travel tickets, places where the applicant proposes to stay, contact number/s, email ID of the applicant's relative with whom he proposes to stay.
4. Before leaving the country, the applicant shall file affidavit cum undertaking in this Court, stating that he will return back to India as per travel itinerary and will not seek extension from the foreign soil.

The applicant shall intimate the Respondent-CBI upon his return.
