P.C.:- 1) This is an Application for amendment in a disposed off Petition. The Petition is disposed off vide Order dated 4th October, 2024. 2) In the pleadings and prayer clauses of the Writ Petition No.2715 of 2022, the Sessions Case No.83 of 2013 has been typed/mentioned instead of Sessions Case No.88 of 2013 and as a consequence thereof, the same has been stated in the Order dated 4th October, 2024.

2.1) Mr. Desai, learned Advocate for the Applicants submitted that, 1/2

ssm 2 16-ia3427.2025.doc it was an inadvertent mistake on the part of the concerned Advocate while drafting and typing the Petition as Sessions Case No.83 of 2013 instead of Sessions Case No.88 of 2013. He submitted that, the correct Sessions Case No. is Sessions Case No. 88 of 2013. Necessary documents in support of his contentions are placed on record.

3) Advocate for the Petitioners is directed to effect necessary corrections in the pleadings and prayer clauses of the Petition within a period of one week from today.

3.1) After amendment is carried out, the Order dated 4th October, 2024, is also required to be corrected. As a consequence thereof, in paragraph Nos.1, 4 and 5 of the said Order, the Sessions Case No.83 of 2013 be corrected as "Sessions Case No. 88 of 2013" and the corrected copy of Order dated 4th October, 2024 be uploaded on the official website of the High Court of Bombay.
