Heard learned counsel for both the sides.

Since the grievance was made by the appellant that he is not been treated in jail properly, a report is called from Jail Authority by this Court. Perusal of the Medical Report of the appellant indicates that he was taken to Government Hospital on 04.07.2025, 06.08.2025, 15.09.2025, 24.09.2025 and finally on 26.11.2025 and was treated there. The opinion of the Medical Officer shows that the current condition of the appellant is stable and he is being treated as per his health complaints. It is also stated therein submitted that the appellant can do his daily work independently. 1/2

It is further stated therein that he will be referred to the Government Medical Hospital, Sambajinagar as and when required. The said opinion and statement of the Medical Officer makes it clear that as and when necessary, the appellant would be taken to the Government Medical Hospital and would be treated therein. Having regard to the said report, this Court is confident that as and when needed the appellant will be taken to the hospital and provided adequate treatment. 4.

In such circumstances, no further order is necessary to be passed. 5.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
