This application is for condonation of delay of 267 days in filing the Appeal against Judgment and order dated 25.09.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati rejecting the application for bail filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C."). 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail and that by itself is a sufficient ground to condone the delay. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 and learned APP opposed the application.

This Court finds substance in the contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is in jail, his liberty is curtailed. In such 1/2
