By this application, the applicants are seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(iii) and (iv) imposed by order dated 21st April 2025 passed by this Court (Coram :N.R. 78-IA-3456-2025 (CR).doc Shubhada S Kadam were directed not to enter into the corporation limits of Nashik City except to attend the dates before the Trial Court and to attend the concerned police station once in a month till conclusion of trial. 3.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned, the application is allowed qua applicant No.1 only.

The condition No. (iii) imposed on the applicants i.e. not to enter into the corporation limits of Nashik City is relaxed qua applicant No.1 only.

5.

Applicant No.2 can file an application after six months for relaxation of the condition.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
