Ms. Ankita Ugalmugale, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, states that the Interim Application is filed seeking recall of the Order dated 11th September 2025 passed in Criminal Application No.131 of 2025 by which the Application is dismissed for nonprosecution. She states that as learned Advocate was having health issues, he could not appear in the matter.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Thus, the Order dated 11th September 2025 passed in Criminal Application No.131 of 2025 is
