Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks extension of time to furnish surety. It is his submission that for want of extension of time the learned Trial Court is unable to accept the surety.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 opposes the request. Since this Court has already granted bail by order dated 8th February 2024, and the prescribed time limit for furnishing surety it is necessary that said time is extended to enable the Trial Court to accept the surety to its satisfaction. 17th March, 2026.
