This Court by the order dated 11th June 2025 had issued bailable warrant against the present Applicant, who is Respondent No.1 in Criminal Appeal No.872 of 2008, which is filed by the CBI against the acquittal of the present Applicant.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the order dated 11th June 2025 issuing bailable warrant against the present Applicant is recalled, subject to the Applicant furnishing his residential address and contact number to the concerned office of the CBI.
