The said Petition was dismissed for non prosecution vide the order dated 25th June, 2025. At that time even the notice was not issued to the Respondent No.2. The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the said Writ Petition was auto listed before the Division Bench. However, due to inadvertence, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner could not remain present before the Court and the Petition was dismissed for non prosecution.
