The Applicant has made an application to the Criminal BoardCertified Copy Department of this Court to provide her certified copy of the mediation report and consent terms submitted by the Learned Mediator in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1035 of 2025. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the concerned Certified Copy Department has refused to provide the certified copy of mediation report and consent terms on the premise that the same are kept in sealed envelope. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that in view of the settlement between the parties, the Division Bench of this Court has already quashed the FIR in question. It is submitted that the Applicant needs the certified copy of the consent terms to file the proceeding for divorce.

The Certified Copy Department is directed to provide certified copies of the consent terms and the report of the Learned Mediator to the Applicant and for that purpose, the Certified Copy Department is permitted to open the sealed envelope.
