By way of this Application, the Applicant seeks relaxation of condition (b) of the order dated 14th September 2023, passed by this Court.

Mr. Ashish Vernekar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, submits that the Applicant was misguided by his counsel and not apprised of the said condition. He was under

Shivgan 903-IA-355-2025.doc the impression that as long as condition (c) of the said order of furnishing cash bail surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- was satisfied, nothing remained to be done.

He also submits that he has been attending the Trial Court regularly and there is no infraction of any of the conditions imposed on him.

Ms. Manisha Tidke, learned APP representing the State, on instructions, states that he has been appearing before the Trial Court regularly and only on one or two occasions, he sought exemption.

In these circumstances, I am inclined to allow the present Application. Accordingly, time to furnish PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount, is extended for a further period of 6 weeks from the date of uploading of this order.

Rest of the conditions remain as it is.
