P. C. :- 1) The Application filed in a pending Criminal Appeal which is admitted by this Court seek permission to travel abroad. The learned Counsel for the Applicant has invited our attention to the previous Orders passed by this Court when the permission was granted subject to certain stipulations.

2) The learned APP submits that in another C.R No.39 of 2020 the Applicant was arrested on 09/02/2020 and is released on bail on 08/05/2025. She would therefore strongly oppose the Application by submitting that in the wake of his involvement in the subsequent C.R. invoking provisions of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999.

3) We permit her to file an Affidavit-in-Reply. The Counsel for the 1/2
