By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition Nos.(c) and (d) imposed by order dated 15th April 2025 passed by this Court (Coram :Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By condition (c), the applicant was directed not to enter Taluka-Ambegaon, District-Pune after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called, and for attending the trial and by condition (d), the applicant was directed to report to Chirag Nagar SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Police Station, Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai once a week between 11.00 SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2026.01.30 18:32:08 +0530 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. until the conclusion of the trial.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order :

O R D E R

(I) The application is allowed.

(ii) Condition No. (c) imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed.

(iii) Condition No.(d) is modified as under :

The applicant shall attend Manchar Police Station, District-Pune, once a week between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 pm until the conclusion of the trial.
