Learned counsel for the Applicant, submits that the Appellant has already undergone half of the sentence 13th March 2026
Prasad Rajput (P.A.) 17_IA_3587_2025.doc imposed against him by the impugned judgment and order. It is his further submission that though the provisions of MCOCA were sought to be applied against him, the Trial Court has acquitted the Appellant and all the accused under the said provisions. It is his submission that though the antecedents are mentioned in the impugned judgment and order, in all those cases the Appellant stood acquitted.

Learned APP seeks time to respondent to the submissions of the counsel for the Appellant. 4.
