By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) by order dated 02/05/2024 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the conditions (b) and (d), which read thus:
(b) The Applicant shall not enter the Nashik district after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called, and for attending the trial. (d) The Applicant shall report to the Chalisgaon City Police Station, Taluka - Chalisgaon, District -Jalgaon once every
115-IA-3594-2025 (CR).doc Tikam week, on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The Police Inspector of Chalisgaon Police Station, Taluka Chalisgaon, District- Jalgaon to communicate details thereof to the Investigating Officer. 3.
The learned counsel APP strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. Perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Conditions (b) and (c) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) by order dated 02/05/2024 are hereby relaxed.
(ii) Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called.
(iii) The Application is allowed and deposed of in the aforesaid terms.
