Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for Respondent-State.

By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(iii) imposed by order dated 23rd July 2024 passed by this Court (Coram :Anil S. Kilor, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed not to enter within the territorial jurisdiction of Dindori Police Station, District :Nashik (Rural) till conclusion of trial except for attending trial. SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the member of Gram Panchayat -Dindori and he seeks leave to attend the SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2026.01.19 11:18:21 +0530

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

I have heard both learned counsel.

The applicant is the member of Gram Panchayat. He wishes to attend the meetings of Gram Sabha and Gram Panchayat. Considering these facts, I pass following order :

O R D E R

1. Condition No.(iii) imposed by order dated 23rd July 2024 passed by this Court (Coram :Anil S. Kilor, J.) is modified as under : (i) The applicant can enter within the territorial jurisdiction of Dindori Police Station for attending every Gram Panchayat and Gram Sabha meeting.

(ii) After attending the meetings, the applicant shall immediately leave the jurisdiction of Dindori Police Station. The application is allowed in above terms and disposed of. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
