Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP for the Respondent-State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that, NBW issued against the Applicant be stayed for two weeks and within two weeks he will deposit remaining Rs.7.5 lakhs as directed by the Hon'ble Apex Court.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant the NBW issued against the Applicant be stayed for two weeks. The Applicant shall deposit Rs.7.5 lakhs before this Court within two weeks. If the Applicant fails to deposit Rs.7.5 lakhs before this Court the stay granted will be vacated.
