Considering the submissions of Mr. Rushil Alag, learned Counsel for the Applicant, that the Applicant is suffering from HIV and that his wife is also unwell, due to which the Applicant has suffered financial loss and is unable to furnish the security as directed by bail order dated 13th March 2025 and the extended time granted by order dated 30th April 2025, the time to furnish the surety is extended for an additional period of six weeks from today.
