Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned SPP. 2.
By this Application, the Applicant is seeking renewal of the pass-port which is expiring on 18th May 2026.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant is required to renew the pass-port as he needs to go to abroad for business purpose. He will take permission of this Court before going to abroad and requested to allow the Application. 4.
It is contention of the learned SPP that the Applicant is convicted. If pass-port is renewed he may abscond. 5.
I have heard both learned counsel.

The Applicant is convicted under the PC Act. His Appeal is pending before this Court. He undertakes to take permission of this Court before going abroad and I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) Application is allowed.
(ii) The pass-port of the Applicant be renewed as per provisions of the Pass-port Act.
(iii) The Applicant shall not leave the country without leave of this Court.
