The Applicant seeks relaxation of the condition, which was modified by order dated 5th September 2024 passed by this Court (Coram: Manish Pitale, J) by deleting conditions (c) and (d) originally imposed in bail order dated 23rd January 2023 passed by this Court (Coram: M.S. Karnik, J.). The modified condition reads thus;

Shivgan 906-IA-3680-2025.doc "The applicant shall not enter jurisdiction of Vishnu Nagar Police Station, Dombivali, except for abiding by condition (b) imposed in the order dated 23.01.2023."

Now, the Applicant seeks further modification of the aforesaid modified condition and condition (b) originally imposed in the bail order dated 23rd January 2023. Since the Complainant and other witnesses reside within the jurisdiction of Vishnu Nagar Police Station, Dombivali, I am not inclined to further modify the aforesaid condition. The modified condition will continue to operate till the key witnesses in the case are examined by the Trial Court. 3.

Hence, the Applicant shall not enter jurisdiction of Vishnu Nagar Police Station, Dombivali, except for reporting to the Police Station concerned till the key witnesses are examined by the Trial Court.

Further, the Applicant is directed to attend the Police Station concerned as and when required by the Investigating Officer instead of reporting to the said Police Station twice a

Rest of the order remains as it is.
