This application is for condonation of delay of 78 days' in filing the Appeal against rejection of regular bail application. 2.

Heard counsel for both sides. Learned APP and learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 vehemently opposes the application. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, it cannot be said that the delay is deliberate. In any case, Appellant could not have gained anything by not preparing the Appeal within time.
