The Applicant seeks modification of condition (vii) of paragraph 9 of bail order dated 7th October 2021. The condition sought to be modified is reproduced as under: "(vii) Applicant shall report concerned Police Station onoce in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11.00 A.M. to 01.00 P.M., till further orders."

Mr. Kuldip Pawar, learned counsel for the Applicant, states that the Applicant has been complied with the

conditions imposed on him for the past 3 years, yet the charges are not framed till date. He submits that the Applicant is a student and is in considerable difficulty to attend the police station once in three months as per the said condition. He thus submits that the said condition be deleted. 3.

Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, states that the offence is serious that is of gang rape and the Applicant is required to attend the police station. In any case, he has to attend the police station only once in a three months. She submits that the charges are likely to be framed soon.

In these circumstances, in view of the aforesaid submissions of both the counsels, I am of the view that it will subserve the interest of justice if the said condition be modified to read as under:

"(vii) The Applicant shall report to the concerned police station once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11:00 A.M. and 01:00 P.M., till the charges are framed by the Trial Court."

It is ordered accordingly. Rest of the order remain as it is.

The Interim Application is partly allowed and is disposed off accordingly.
