This application is filed by the applicant party - in - person with following prayers:

i.

"The Hon'ble Court may be Pleased to consider this interim application for passing any order about the order dated 17/10/2025 and 27/11/2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.1908 of 2016 and decide the writ petition afresh on merits in the interest of justice and equity. ii.

The Petitioner prays that the Respondent No. 1 to 6 have committed cognizable offence under Section 166 A(b) of IPC read with section 109 of IPC and thus it does not require any sanction for prosecution against public servant. So it is humbly prayed that the original complaint vide RCC NO.320 of 2013 (Private Complaint) under above section 166 A(b), 109 of I.P.C. may kindly be restored and issue be processed against the Respondent No. 1 to 6 in above said complaint. iii.

For any such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Criminal Writ Petition No.1908 of 2016 filed by the party inperson is dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 17th October, 2025. By this application, the applicant is seeking review of the said order, which is not permissible in law. 3.

Taking into consideration the prayers made in the application, the application is not maintainable and the same is therefore, dismissed.
