The Applicant has filed this application for relaxation of condition to attend the Shivajinagar Police Station, Ichalkaranji on 1st day of every month.

The counsel for Applicant has stated that the Applicant is from Goa. It is difficult for him to attend Shivajinagar Police Station, Ichalkaranji in every month. The trial is already initiated. The Applicant is attending the trial regularly, hence, there is no need to attend the Shivajinagar Police Station, Ichalkaranji. Gaikwad RD 1/2

Considering the stage of the trial and as the Applicant has attended the police station regularly, the condition in operative Clause (iii) of Order dated 19th September 2025 in Bail Application No.931 of 2025 is relaxed.
