The application seeks condonation of delay of 206 days in filing the appeal raising a challenge to the impugned order dated 6/01/2025, passed by the Sessions Special Judge (MPID) Court in MPID Case No.1 of 2014.

On hearing the counsel for the applicant and perusal of the application, being satisfied with its bona fide, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay. Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
