By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) dated 24.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 24.09.2024, this Court in paragraph No. 12 (b) has directed that "The Applicant shall not enter the Nashik district after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called, and for attending the trial", and in paragraph No.12(d) has directed that "The applicant shall report to the Kolshewadi Police Station, Kalyan, District -Thane once every week i.e. on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the

135-IA-3730-2025 (CR).doc S.S.Kilaje conclusion of the trial. The Police Inspector of Kolshewadi Police Station, Kalyan, District- Thane to communicate details thereof to the Investigating Officer." Learned counsel for the applicant requested to relax both the conditions.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition Nos. 12 (b) & (d) of the Order dated 24.09.2024 are hereby relaxed.
