By way of this Application the Applicant seeks modification of condition i) in paragraph No.5 imposed in the order dated 11th September, 2025.

By order dated 11th September, 2025, the Applicant was granted bail by imposing condition that Applicant shall execute the PR Bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.

Ms.Palanpurwala, learned counsel for the Applicant prays that the aforesaid condition be modified to the extent that the Applicant not be required to furnish one or two local sureties in the like amount, as the Applicant is from Punjab and does not have any person available locally to furnish such sureties.

Mr.Dalvi, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 - Union of India fairly concedes that he has no objection if the said condition is relaxed, subject only to the trial Court scrutinizing the sureties furnished by the Applicant. Hence, I see no reason to refuse the modification of the said order. 5.

Condition imposed in paragraph No.5 condition No. i) of the said order is relaxed to the extent that the Applicant shall furnish PR Bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Rest of the order shall remain as it is.

Interim Application is allowed in the above terms and disposed of.
