For the reasons stated in the Interim Application No. 3748 of 2025, delay of 332 days for filing revision is condoned. Interim Application No. 3747 of 2025 2.
The complainant is personally present before the Court. 3.
The learned Advocate has identified the complainant based on his Aadhar Card, which is verified and found in order. 4.
Both parties have filed Consent Terms. As per these terms, the applicant has agreed to pay a balance amount of Rs. 1,90,000/-.

The Consent Terms are accepted, taken on record, and marked as 'Exhibit-X' for identification.

In view of the Consent Terms, the operation of the judgment and order dated 7 November 2022 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 56th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai, in Criminal Case No. 5600339/SS/2021, as confirmed by the judgment and order dated 5 November 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Greater Bombay, in Criminal Appeal No. 749 of 2022, shall remain suspended.

The applicant shall be released on regular bail in connection with Criminal Case No. 5600339/SS/2021 upon furnishing a Personal Bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) along with his recent self-attested photograph and one or more sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 8.
It is clarified that failure to comply with the terms of the Consent Terms shall result in automatic cancellation of the order suspending the sentence.
9.
The cheques as mentioned in the Consent Terms have been handed over to the complainant in open Court. 10.
The Interim Applications are accordingly disposed of. 11.
List the Revision Application for further hearing on 10 December 2025.
