For the reasons stated in the Interim Application No. 3754 of 2025, delay of 243 days for filing revision is condoned. Interim Application No. 3757 of 2025 2.
The complainant is present before the Court.

The learned Advocate has identified the complainant on the basis of his Aadhaar Card produced in the Court. 4.
Both parties have placed on record the Consent Terms. As per the said terms, the balance amount of Rs. 1,90,000/- is agreed to be paid by the applicant to the complainant.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and are marked as 'Exhibit-X' for identification.

In view of the said Consent Terms, the operation of the judgment and order dated 7 November 2022 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 56th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai, in Criminal Case No. 5600339/SS/2021, and confirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Greater Bombay, by judgment and order dated 5 November 2024 in Criminal Appeal No. 749 of 2022, shall remain suspended. 7.
The applicant shall be released on regular bail in connection with Criminal Case No. 5600339/SS/2021, upon furnishing a Personal Bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with his self-attested photograph and one or more sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 8.
It is clarified that in case of breach or non-compliance of the Consent Terms, the order of suspension of sentence shall stand cancelled automatically.

The cheques mentioned in the Consent Terms have been handed over to the complainant in the presence of the Court. 10.
Interim Applications stand disposed of accordingly. 11.
List the Criminal Revision Application for further hearing on 10 December 2025.
