...Respondents

Vidya Mangavale, for Applicant.

Rajinder Singh Adhi, for Respondent in person Mr. S.M. Mangaonkar, APP for State

CORAM:

MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.

DATED :

23rd January 2026 P.C.:

1.

The Interim Application is taken out seeking review/ modification of paragraph No.8 of the Order dated 8th August 2025. It is the only contention of Ms. Vidya Mangavale, learned Counsel for the Applicant-Original Petitioner that if the amount is brought to India, at this stage, considerable time will be taken by the Court and value of subject policy will increase, if the same continues to be invested in policy taken at Dubai. Dusane

15 IA 3758.25 IN REVNST 20983.24.DOC 2.

Ms. Rajinder Singh Adhi, Respondent No.2, who appears in person states that the Interim Application has been filed only to delay the implementation of the Order dated 8th August 2025. 3.

Perusal of the Order dated 8th August 2025 shows that the said order has been passed to ensure that the amount is secured. Nothing has been pointed out which will come in the purview of review jurisdiction. There is substance in the contention raised that the Interim Application has been filed for delaying the compliance of the order dated 8th August 2025.

4.

Accordingly, no case is made out for review/modification of the said Order dated 8th August 2025. The Interim Application is dismissed with costs of Rs.25,000/-.
