This Application is for condonation of delay of 146 days caused in Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 12th March, 2025 passed in Special Case No. 318 of 2021. 2.

Mr. Shilpan Gaonkar, Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that the Appellant is in jail and therefore the delay needs to be condoned.
