The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Appellant is in jail, which has resulted in causing delay in filing of the Appeal.

The learned APP as well as learned counsel for Respondent No.2 opposed the Application.

The fact that, the Appellant/Applicant's liberty is restricted, it becomes sufficient ground for delay condonation, hence, Application stands allowed.
