For the reasons sated in the Interim Application No.3797 of 2025, delay of 337 days for filing revision is condoned. Interim Application (ST) No.20531 of 2025 2.
The complainant is present before the Court.

The complainant has been identified in the Court by his Advocate on the basis of his Aadhar Card.

The parties have filed Consent Terms. As per the said terms, the balance amount of Rs. 1,90,000/- is agreed to be paid.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as 'Exhibit-X' for identification.

In view of the said Consent Terms, the judgment and order dated 7 November 2022 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 56th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai, in Criminal Case No. 5600340/SS/2021, as confirmed by the judgment and order dated 5 November 2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Greater Bombay, in Criminal Appeal No. 750 of 2022, shall remain suspended.

The applicants shall be released on regular bail in connection with Criminal Case No. 5600340/SS/2021, on furnishing a Personal Bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with their recent self-attested photograph and one or more sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 8.
It is clarified that if the applicants fail to comply with the terms of the Consent Terms, the order of suspension of sentence shall stand cancelled.
9.
The cheques mentioned in the Consent Terms have been handed over to the complainant in the Court.
10.
The Interim Applications stand disposed of.
11.
List the Revision Application for further hearing on 10 December 2025.
