The Interim Application has been filed seeking relaxation of the following Condition No.(f) imposed on the Applicant, which reads as under :- "(f) The Applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court."

By the said condition, the Applicant has been directed not to leave India without prior permission of the Court. 3.

However, prior permission of the Court is the Court where the trial is pending.
