In this appeal, on 03.11.2025, this Court was constrained to appoint Ms. Tahira Qureshi, learned advocate, who is on the panel of the advocates maintained by the High Court Legal Services Committee, to appear on behalf of the appellant as the advocate appointed earlier had failed to appear in Court.

But, today when the appeal is called out for consideration, Advocate Sachin Salunke has appeared. He submits that he has been instructed by the applicant to appear on her behalf. He has already filed his Vakalatnama and his name appears in the cause-list. 3.

In that light, Ms. Tahira Qureshi, learned advocate appointed to appear on behalf of the appellant by order dated 03.11.2025 is discharged from appearing in this appeal.

Mr. Salunke, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that application bearing Application No. 3817 of 2025 has been filed seeking bail on the ground that the appellant is a lady and she has already undergone 10 years of incarceration. The aforesaid application shall be taken up for consideration on the next date of listing, by which time, the learned APP shall take instructions in the matter. 5.
