C. :- 1) This is an Application for effecting amendment in the pleadings and prayer clauses of above-mentioned Writ Petition, which has already been disposed off by an Order dated 4th August 2025. 2) Ms.Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants/Petitioners submitted that, while drafting pleadings and prayer clauses of Petition, Case No. i.e. C.C.No.184/PW/2021 has been erroneously typed instead of correct Case No. i.e. C.C.No.181/PW/2021. She submitted that, consequentially thereafter the same error continued to 1/2

SKN 1-IA 3857-25.doc reflect in the Order dated 4th August 2025. She submitted that, it is as per the instructions of the Petitioner the said C.C.No. was typed while drafting the Petition. She therefore requested the Court to allow the Petitioners to effect the necessary amendment to correct C.C.No.184/PW/2021 to C.C.No.181/PW/2021.

3) Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 and learned A.P.P. concedes to the said fact that, correct C.C.No. is 181/PW/2021. 4) In view of above, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

4.1) Necessary amendment in the record of the Court be carried out during the course of the day.

5) The Order dated 4th August 2025 be corrected accordingly and the corrected Order be uploaded on the official website of the High Court of Bombay.
