By way of the present Interim Application, the Applicant seeks modification of clause (i) of paragraph 8 of the order dated 26th September 2025 passed in Bail Application No.1804 of 2025 to the extent that instead of executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount, the Applicant seeks permission to furnish sureties staying in Uttar Pradesh ('UP'). 18th November 2025

Mr. Tofik Patel, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, states that father of the Applicant intends to remain surety for the Applicant. However, he is an ordinary resident of the UP and hence, the said clause be modified to that extent.

Heard Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP appearing for the State in the matter, as well.

In my view, modification as sought, will meet the ends of justice. Thus, clause (i) of paragraph 8 of the said bail order is modified as under:

"ii) The Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;"
