Heard Mr. Kate, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants and Ms. Newton, learned APP for the Respondent-State. 2.

By this Interim Application, the Applicants are seeking relaxation/modification of Condition No.8(c) of the Order dated 29th May 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1401 of 2025. The said Clause No.8(c) reads as under :- "(c) Applicants shall appear before the Investigation Officer on every Monday of the week from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and if required, on any other day as fixed by the Investigation Officer, Sinhgad Road Police Station, Pune. Applicants shall start reporting to the Investigation Officer from 02.06.2025."

It is the submission of Mr. Kate, learned Counsel for the Applicants, that the Applicants have completely cooperated with the investigation and they are attending the Police Station on every Monday. However, he submits that Applicant No.1 is 68 years old. He further submits that the Applicants will attend the Police Station as and when required.

Ms. Newton, learned APP, opposes the Application. However, on instructions, she submits that the Applicants have cooperated with the investigation.

Accordingly, Condition No.8(c) of the Order dated 29th May 2025 is modified as follows- "The Applicants shall attend the Police Station as and when called."
