Interim Application seek condonation of delay of 157 days in filing the Appeal under Section 11 of the M.P.I.D Act. We have heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant as well as the learned A.P.P. and perused the Application. The application categorically state that the Applicants are senior citizens and since they had limited access to the legal resources and financial means to challenge the impugned order passed on 04/03/2025 and it is only when the aforesaid order came to the knowledge they took steps and this has occasioned a delay of 157 days. Since, we do not find 1/2

H. C. SHIV 27.ia3885.25.doc that the delay is actuated with any malice and same being bonafide, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Criminal Appeal Stamp No.21173 of 2025 2.

As far as the appeal is concerned, the learned Counsel requested to list it tomorrow.

Re-notify tomorrow i.e. 12th November, 2025. To be listed on the supplementary board.
