1) This is an Application for condonation of delay of 9 years and 63 days in preferring an Appeal against conviction. 2) Advocate Ms. Jadhav submitted that, since the date of his arrest KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE the Applicant is behind bars and after the impugned Judgment and Order of KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE Date: 2025.12.03 11:07:21 +0530 conviction is passed by the trial Court he could not prefer the Appeal for want of financial and legal assistance. That, subsequently the Legal Aid Committee, High Court, Mumbai appointed Advocate Sham Walve to represent the Applicant/Appellant. The said Advocate after receipt of necessary papers prepared and filed this Appeal against conviction and an Application for Bail. In this entire process the aforesaid delay has occurred. 1/2

4) In view of the above, for the reasons stated in the Application and in the interest of justice the said delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
