The Interim Application is taken out for seeking modification of order dated 30th June 2025 passed by this Court. 2.

By said order dated 30th June 2025 passed by this Court the Anticipatory Bail Application No.2907 of 2023 has been allowed in terms of order dated 27th October 2023 passed by a learned Single Judge in the said Anticipatory Bail Application. 3.

It is the submission of Mr. Satkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant that the Applicant is a lady and she is not in a position to arrange surety.

Accordingly, the Applicant is permitted to furnish cash bail surety, in lieu of the surety.

The order dated 27th October 2023 passed by a learned Single Judge (Coram : N.J. Jamadar, J.) read with order dated 30th June 2025 passed by this Court is modified to the said extent. 6.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of in above terms.
