This is an application seeking modification of bail order dated 8th October 2025 wherein the Applicants are released on bail, on executing P. R.Bond of Rs.10,000/- each with one or two local sureties in the like amount.

As far as the Applicant No.1-Rakesh Chiman Parmar, is concerned, Mr. Abhilash Kurey, learned counsel appearing for 18th December 2025
910-IA-3919-2025.DOC the Applicants, states that although, the Applicant No.1 is from Mumbai, he has only one relative in Mumbai, being an aunt, who is unwilling to stand surety for him. 3.
As far as the Applicant No.2-Prakash Ram Mandal, is concerned, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that since the Applicant No.2 is a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh ('UP'), he is unable to furnish local sureties. 4.
For the reasons mentioned in the Application and on the basis of arguments canvassed by learned counsel appearing for the Applicants, objects of justice will be sub-served, if they are released on provisional cash bail of Rs.10,000/- each, for a period of 6 weeks from today after which Applicant No.1Rakesh shall furnish local sureties and the Applicant No.2Prakash is permitted to furnish sureties from UP or Mumbai. 5.
