By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(iii) imposed by order dated 4th August 2023 passed by this Court (Coram : N. R. Borkar, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station, once in a month i.e. on first Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. (I) The application is allowed.

(ii) The condition No. (iii) imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required. Interim Application stands disposed of in above terms.
