By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail condition of attending Police Station once in a month. 3.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the Application, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(b) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :Ashwin D. Bhobe J.) by order dated 17th July 2025 is relaxed and modified as under. (a) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police station as and when required.

(ii) The Application is allowed and disposed of.
