Learned counsel for the Appellant / Applicant submits that the matter is settled out of the Court and the Appellant / Applicant has repaid the cheque amount to Respondent No.2. This Court enquired with Respondent No.2 about receipt of the cheque amount, she submits that she has received the cheque amount.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Appellant / Applicant and Respondent No.2, I pass the following order :- O R D E R :

i).

Appellant / Applicant is acquitted from all the charges levelled against him.

ii).

Non-bailable warrant issued against the Appellant / Applicant is cancelled.

iv).

All pending Applications are disposed of.

v).

The Revision Application is also accordingly disposed of.
