By this Application, the Appellant/Applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 147 days in filing Appeal against judgment and order dated 20th May 2025 in Special POSCO Case No.531 of 2021.

The learned APP and learned counsel for Respondent No.2 opposed the Application.

Since the Appellant is in jail, his liberty is curtailed that this is sufficient reason to condone the delay. The Application is allowed and Appeal be registered. 8.
