3) I have heard learned counsel for both sides and I have gone through the contents of the interim application. I am convinced that the interim application requires to be allowed. 4) The interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (b1).

5) Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
